Staff Training

GI Nursing LLC offers three primary types of educational offerings: Classroom Training, Online Training, and Customized Training.

Our Classroom Training offerings are traditional instructor-led classes. Where applicable, these classes generally have both lecture and hands-on components to ensure that the learners get both a theoretical and a practical knowledge of the subject matter. Each faculty member has years of experience as both a practicioner and as a teacher and brings this experience to each class. Their experience can be seen by reviewing the classes we have listed. You will find that many are not GI Nursing LLC sponsored classes, but rather classes sponsored by equipment manufacturers or physician/nursing organizations at both a local and national level.

GI Nursing LLC's online training allows you to get continuing education credit without leaving your computer. Structured so that you can take a class over a period of time to fit your schedule, our online classes offer almost the same instructor experience as our classroom training. The only difference is that there is a test that you have to take (a requirement from the certifying boards) and that questions to the instructor is through a discussion forum rather than in person.

Many institutions reimburse their employees for training. However, in these financially-strapped times they are realizing that they can increase their training capability and decrease their training budget by having customized training created for them. This training is specific for the client and is generally conducted on their site, with their equipment, and for their employees.
